Candy Memories
When I was a child we lived in a German community that had small neighborhood stores and pony-kegs. When my dad now 84 and I now 55 would go to the store for money orders, snacks or beer he would always and I mean always buy me a Chick-O-Stick that was such a fantastic treat they were a nickel back then. Even today when we are traveling or stop for gas I still get a Chick-O-Stick from my dad. I still love a Chick-O-Stick and I love the memories recalled of when I was a small child walking into the neighborhood store or pony-keg. There are not many neighborhood pony-kegs or shops now. The neighborhood long ago changed forever. However time has changed the neighborhood of my youth I still have the memories of the Chick-O-Sticks and trips with my dad to the crowded little shops cut into the neighborhoods. Most importantly I am so very blessed to still have my dad with me to share a Chick-O-Stick.

As a kid going down and buying a large Chick-o-Sticks for a dime at the swimming pool.
It was the best memory and anytime I see the candy, I think of the swimming pool days.

It was the only candy my sister wouldn't touch, so glad it was my favorite-- 3 big sticks for a nickel each. Still have them today. They wouldn't melt when we went to the beach.

King Size Chick-O-Stick
I bought this as a gift and the person I bought it for loved it. I'm glad I searched the internet and found this company. I will make more purchases from you in the near future.
