Kathy's Candy Memory
I’ve always loved Chunky candy bars and Milk chocolate marshmallow candy, so Mallo Cups. I was born in 1951 and my maternal grandfather lived with my parents and I before I reached the age of one. He’s the one who hooked me on candy. He used to sneak me chocolates that he received as a gift behind my mothers back. I think she knew but never let on. I’m a chocolateholic.
My candy arrived. And my roommate laughed because I kind of squealed like a little kid. I closed my eyes and ate a piece and it took me back to my grandparents and getting into the candy jar on the the coffee table all stuck together trying to get them a part. 🥲😀 Thank you for the beautiful memories.
