"candy you ate as a kid" story?
Share it here.I was quite the whiney child growing-up. My mother made the regretful mistake of giving me a chocolate bar one day as a treat. I very much enjoyed it. However, following that day, whenever we went to the grocery store I spotted that chocolate bar wrapper and through a fit until I got one. My mother always just gave in not knowing what to do with me.
Finally, one day at the grocery store I didn't spot my usual wrapper and began to initiate the usual fit. My mother, assuming she was being all clever, told me that the bar had changed it's wrapper and the chocolate bar was now a little different. She asked me if I still wanted one and I said yes. She picked up a Zagnuts bar, assuming I would hate it and lose interest in getting a chocolate bar every time we went to the store. She was very wrong. I absolutely loved it and it has since been my favorite candy bar to date. ~ Bonnie from Ohio
