As a little girl, I remember walking about a mile to the local convenience store, Agarns. My Mom and Dad would give me a dollar a week as an allowance. Its gone now, replaced my a cell phone store. I would go there just to buy Swedish Fish. I remember they were in a big tub right on the counter. They were so gummy and delicious! They were a penny each, and I would buy about 25.
