Share it here.Sixth grade memories… The year of the KIDS. Some came from the Cabbage Patch, others from the Garbage Pale, but it was the year that Sour Patch Kids became my favorite. I remember going to the movies with my older sister, which was a rare event. She bought a box of Sour Patch Kids and shared them with me for the first time.
At first I thought she was playing a joke on me. I really did not believe they would be sour. However, after she assured me it was no joke and I ate a few I began to love them. I ended up eating three boxes of them and making my tongue swell up from all of the sourness but I still wanted more.
Needless to say, they are still one of my favorite candies and a must when I go to the movies. However, I limit myself to one box and now share them with my son. He too now asks for Sour Patch Kids when ever we go to the movies. ~ Heather from Washington
