Slim Jims memories... I remember I used to walk home from school and go to the local supermarket or
Rite-Aid/Thrifty and buy the two pack of Slim Jims. They were the best beef jerky around in my opinion. While most beef jerky products were
dried/dehydrated, Slim Jims were savory and juicy! I used to walk along the streets eating them with the wrappers pulled down, and once I
finished one, there was still the second to go! I loved bringing them to schools and friends' houses as easy snacks because I loved munching

My love with slims started when I was about 4. The man that lived in back of our home and a candy

When I was seven, my grandmother lived two doors down from a local store. I loved going to the store
with my aunt who was thirteen. They had jars of all kinds of candy and various flavors of chips and best of all... slim jims. I would take
my change and buy one slim jim. I'd rip it open with my teeth as we left the store. Then I'd slowly peel the plastic away. I'd take small
bites and savor the juicy flavor as we walked back to Grandma's. Slim Jims still remind me of those hot summer days and the joy of being a
