We moved from central Louisiana to Las Vegas, talk about a cultural shock!, during August of 1966. We were well acquainted with the cultural candies of the south. However, in Las Vegas we discovered the one candy that combined all the cultural candies of the south. The rocky road bar has all the textures and flavoring of the well know southern regional candies and best of all, when it got up to 114 degrees, they are very easy to swallow! ~ Michael from Colorado

Average Rating    Rocky Road   My memory describes a MARS bar similar to this candy, but after ordering, there's quite a difference. Years ago I used to buy a patty, chocolate coated, with a filling of marshmallow and almonds. Have been searching but nothing seems to fit my memory of this candy bar. The title on the wrapping said MARS, which has evidently been purchased by different companies, but none that can duplicate whatever I'm looking for.
