I'll always remember riding my bicycle to the local family owned corner store and getting my 16 oz bottle of RC Cola and my Rocky Road candy bar. The year was 1970, and I was 8 yrs old, living the ideal childhood in Southern California. I spent my days raising my pigeons and running barefoot. My mom would send me for milk and I would always anticipate getting a special treat for myself with the change. Now, at the age of 43, that is one of my fondest childhood memories.
