Red Vines memories... When I was
younger, my friends and I would go to the county fair. It lasted for
seven days and they had several candy carts. The one we went to was
always the little cart in the back, they were in the same place
every year, and while my friends would get assorted goodies, I was
true to my Red Vines Twists.
Every summer, I probably ate a couple pounds' worth of my Red Vines
Twists in those seven short days. Once I got older, my lovely Red
Vines Twists were replaced with another type of red licorice. I
didn't like those, they were too hard and tasted horrible. I wanted
my Red Vines Twists back, but alas, no store around carried them.
Now, I finally have my Red Vines Twists back once again. I can't
wait to share the love with my own children. I just hope they like
them as much as I do. ~ Kimberly from Ohio
