Do you have a favorite "candy you ate as a kid" story? Share it here. The first time I tried Pop Rocks candy was my most memorable. One of my friends introduced it to me and said that it was really good but if it blew up in my mouth that if I swallowed it I would explode as well. Naturally, being a kid I believed every word and was very cautious. Placing the candy in my mouth I quickly realized that it was popping. I jumped into the air and began spitting the candy out of my mouth as thoroughly as I could.I couldn't believe that my friends were laughing because I thought I was going to blow up, but then I realized that not only was I was I perfectly fine, but that I had spit candy all over the cute boy next door. ~ Samantha from Kentucky
