Peach Buds memories... When I
was younger my family and I would go to our vacation home in Florida
in the winter. On the flight down we lay over in an airport in
Georgia. While we were there, there were stands selling touristy
souvenirs with a Georgia theme and, of course, there were Peach Buds
there. Getting this candy became a tradition and their sweet peach
flavor reminds me of these fun times that I spent with my family. ~

I remember growing up in
Florida and always wanting to go buy candy at our neighborhood candy
store. I remember there was always one candy that I craved for
whenever we went to the candy store called Sanders. I would spend at
least half my allowance ($1.25) on peach buds. I don't know what it
was about the peach buds that drew me to them. Perhaps it was the
slight tangy flavor mixed with the subtle sweetness. I just loved
them I would savor them for the whole walk home.
I remember that whenever I
would come home my parents who were dentists would pick through my
candy and take out the worst of it but I would always put the peach
drops in my pockets so that they wouldn't take them away from me. I
was so relieved when I found out that you had them on your site I am
