Black Licorice Dollars memories...

For some reason I nicknamed the Black Licorice Dollar as Bulls eye. That is what my cousins and I
still call them.
As a kid we would spend our summer holidays at my grandfather's farm. My grandfather would keep a ready stock of these, Black Licorice
Dollar, in his cupboard. These were carefully secured under lock and key.
Sometimes to add to the fun factor he would deliberately hide the keys in a place where they could be easily found. On such occasions, we
would happily clean out his cupboard while he was asleep in the afternoons. And of course, I would be the lead.
After one such 'clean out' session , he called on all of us for confessing to the crime. Of course none of us would confess. When he
realized that it was getting tough to get around us, he said 'I know who has done it because the culprits nose has turned green'. I quickly
started rubbing my nose, to everybody's amusement. ~ Monisha from North Carolina
