Well what memories I have of this candy bar, I got hooked on it back in 1966 and 1967. This bar was called Hershey's Semi-Sweet and it had a silver wrapper with brown letters. For those two years my lunch money was spent on these bars.

Every morning on the way to school I walked by Weit's newspaper shop that sold candy,comic books and smoking items, along with local newspapers. I would usually buy 3 bars, cause that's all my lunch money would buy. I was 13 and 14 at the time and I still LOVE those Semi Sweet/Special Dark bars. Needless to say I have false teeth now, wonder why. ~Larry from PA
