We had a local candy store in West Haven, CT, where I grew up - Fater's was the name of the store. They had rows of barrels filled with penny candies. My favorite was Peanut Chews. When I was good, my dad would give me a quarter, and I would run down to Fater's, and fill my pockets with Peanut Chews. Then I would go to our local movie Theater, and eat Peanut Chews while watching the weekly movie. I really miss Peanut Chews ~ Jean from Connecticut
