Share it here.I grew up in Montreal, and we didn't have Fruit Stripe gum available to us there. We did, however, have access to the American television networks, and were very familiar with the product through their zebra advertising campaigns.
My parents loved to drive down to Plattsburgh on the weekends, and on one trip, we discovered that a gas station just over the boarder had the much advertised on TV fruit striped gum. So we chanted their jingle "Yikes, Stripes, fruit striped gum" on every trip, making a stop at the gas station imperative to their sanity and our enjoyment. ~ Jen from Calgary
