To place an order going to Multiple Recipients:
- Select the decade from the drop-down menu (must be the same decade for all locations).
- Choose the file that contains your recipient list (acceptable file formats include: Microsoft Excel, CSV, and Tab Delimited)
- Make sure that the columns in your file match those in the format below.

- Enter
the quantity of decade boxes being ordered and click "Add to Cart."
(Quantity will equal the number of recipients on your list.)
Here is a list of the columns to upload: (red = required)
- First & Last Name
- Company
- Address 1 (street address, no PO boxes)
- Address 2 (apt, suite, floor, mail stop, etc.)
- City
- State (continental US only)
- Zip Code
- Phone (in case UPS has a question)
