I'm a child of the depression and I remember going to Soder's Grocery with Grandma with a penny in my pocket to buy something special. The horehound drops were the least expensive so I could come home with a whole sack full for my penny. Oh, the memories! I still think of Grandma and Soder's Grocery anytime I see candy drops of any flavor but the horehound flavor is my favorite. ~ Ruthie from California
