When I was about 7 years old my older sister and I would take my two brothers to the corner market that had various candies. Every Saturday my parents wanted an hour or so of alone time - they would give us $1.00 to share between the 4 of us. We each got to choose .25 cents worth. Although my siblings would always choose different candies - I always chose bottle caps. I felt I was the smartest choosing that candy because I would get 2 treats. I would eat them right out of the bag and then I would take the few I had saved and add them to water to make soda! The best of course was the brown (root beer) YUM! ~ Kris from California

Average Rating    Old Fashioned Candy Lover   I ordered many different items from Old Time Candy for a friends birthday basket. It was so fun finding all of the old candies we ate growing up and giving them to her. An excellent gift idea, and everything was so fresh when it arrived. So much fun!!
