The new Black Cow is very different than the original. Holloway, who also made the Slo Poke, introduced Black Cows in the late 1920s. They were basically a Slo Poke dipped in a chocolate-flavored covering. The new Black Cow is a chocolate caramel bar that is also available in bite-size pieces. This 4 lb tub has about 248 pieces.

	I was doing a bulletin board for our Medical Center that had a cow theme to it as we are a farming community nestled in the foothills near Mount Rainier. I wanted to give the presentation a more hands on feeling and decided to research "cow candy" found this wonderful company, ordered the candy and when it came placed it in glass milk bottles and sprinkled it around the table in front of the bulletin board. Huge hit! The candy was delicious, made the presentation, and I was very happy with the outcome. I will order again, whenever I need something special for gifts,personal or work.
